Abstract

Physiological studies on the influence of temperature on the respiration rate oí pre-zoeal and first zoeal stages oí Pachygrapsus crassipes demonstrate an increase in oxygen consumption with increasing temperature and suggest the possibility oí ontogenetic phenotypic compensations.
