Resumen
Este estudio proporciona una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura académica sobre la relación entre China y América Latina, identificando temas clave como la diplomacia, la cooperación económica y tecnológica, y los intercambios culturales. A través de un análisis cualitativo de la producción académica, se exploran las fases evolutivas de esta relación y sus implicaciones para ambas regiones. La revisión destaca tanto los logros como los desafíos de la cooperación sino-latina y sugiere direcciones para futuras investigaciones, con el fin de promover una colaboración beneficiosa y sostenible.Citas
