A study of the evolution of human rights and progressivity within the law carried out, and the violation that occurs before the Parental Alienation Syndrome, of the various human rights inherent to minors, that is, the intentional manipulation of one the parents of children and adolescents, to the detriment of their father or mother, in an investigation by the prosecution or in a judicial proceeding.
