The scientific journal Administrar lo Público, ISSN 2215-6909, is a periodic work of the Center for Research and Training in Public Administration (CICAP) of the University of Costa Rica (UCR). The Journal was developed from research, innovation and dissemination processes that aim to bring the university, the scientific community and society in general closer to topics of interest in the field of public management and innovation, public policies, public administration, citizen participation, social sciences and economic sciences.
