Operacionalização do teledebriefing no ensino em saúde: scoping review

Resumo

Introdução: A telessimulação é caracterizada como uma tecnologia educacional inovadora capaz de alcançar locais remotos, de difícil alcance, no entanto, apesar da sua importância, uma de suas etapas, o teledebriefing, ainda necessita de aprofundamento científico.

Objetivo: Mapear a produção científica sobre a operacionalização do teledebriefing voltada ao ensino de estudantes e profissionais da saúde.

Materiais e método: Trata-se de uma scoping review baseada nas recomendações do Instituto Joanna Briggs e Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews: Checklist and Explanation, com busca realizada em abril de 2025 em 13 bases de dados.

Resultados: Identificaram-se 29 estudos que constituíram a amostra final. Elencaram-se duas categorias: prática e elementos para a implementação do teledebriefing no ensino em saúde e benefícios versus desafios do teledebriefing.

Conclusão: Em suma, a operacionalização do teledebriefing configurou-se, principalmente, pela exigência de recursos de teletransmissão, a presença de um facilitador/teledebriefer treinado, a determinação de um método de teledebriefing e do tempo de duração. O principal benefício inerente ao teledebriefing é destacado, pela melhora da autoconfiança, motivação, tomada de decisão, pensamento crítico do aprendiz e, como desafio, a dificuldade do teledebriefer para observar as reações dos participantes remotos durante a discussão.
