Abstract
El Poder Disciplinario sobre los Funcionarios Públicos, concretamente aplicado a las Municipalidades es motivo de análisis en las normas aplicables como el Código Municipal, Código de Trabajo y la reciente Ley Contra la Corrupción y el Enriquecimiento Ilícito en la Función Pública, teniendo en cuenta en todo momento tres derechos básicos de los empleados municipales: estabilidad laboral, debido proceso y principio de legalidad.Downloads
