Abstract

On the occasion of the entry into force of the Agrarian Procedural Code (February 27, 2025), an effort is being made to clarify the scope of the agrarian jurisdiction (generic and specific) that the specialized agrarian courts would have. However, it is urgent to reform some provisions, which is proposed in a draft law. Failure to approve it in a timely manner could lead to a collapse of the agrarian jurisdiction, given the lack of human resources and budget to implement its organizational structure.
