Abstract

    Este trabajo contiene referencia a la doctrina procesal civil que se ha publicado por parte de la Revista de Ciencias Jurídicas durante los últimos sesenta años. Dichas publicaciones explican la situación de la legislación procesal civil, sus defectos y problemas prácticos. En algunos la exposición es meramente descriptiva y en otros se ofrecen soluciones. En la segunda parte, se hace referencia a la importancia del estudio del Derecho Procesal y a las perspectivas sobre la enseñanza desde el punto de vista de los recursos docentes y técnicas de aprendizaje.
