Abstract

Los principios han cumplido un papel importante en la contratación administrativa. La Ley General de Contratación Pública incorpora una serie de principios que deberán ser observados en este tema, en apoyo del ordenamiento escrito. El enunciado de estos principios puede tener varios propósitos, pero su empleo abusivo debe ser prevenido.
