Indagaciones socio-jurídicas sobre la Deuda Pública costarricense: de la investigación de indicadores a la exigencia de parámetros internacionales

Este trabajo expone el recorrido socio-jurídico a la hora indagar la Deuda Pública costarricense, marco en que se exponen los principales hallazgos, en especial la influencia de la financiarización mundial en el ámbito local. Se aborda el papel protagónico de la especulación financiera, sus mecanismos y agentes locales, así como su relación directa en el incremento acelerado del déficit fiscal. En razón de los hallazgos obtenidos y los obstáculos para investigar la Deuda Interna costarricense, se exponen los argumentos interpuestos ante la jurisdicción constitucional, con motivo del reclamo por los principios rectores sobre la deuda externa y los derechos humanos.
