Abstract

La Inteligencia Artificial (IA) se presenta como una tecnología protagonista en los avances que se están dando en el contexto de la Revolución Industrial 4.0.  Es necesario que el jurista reflexione sobre sus efectos en el mundo jurídico. En esta ocasión se partirá de un análisis relativo a la IA, en relación a sus usos cotidianos en la praxis jurídica en su función como asistente legal, y, luego en lo que respecta a sus desafíos éticos que implica su actualidad y evolución inminente.
