El presente artículo tiene como objetivo realizar algunas reflexiones sobre el proceso de protección de fueros especiales y tutela del debido proceso, así como incluir algunos criterios jurisprudenciales que se han emitido al respecto, a partir de la entrada en vigor de la Reforma Procesal Laboral en el año 2017. Se trata de una revisión bibliográfica, tanto de normativa como jurisprudencia.
