This work refers to the application of the right to the city in Costa Rica, from the perspective of a political, normative and institutional system that leads to the realization of an urban model. Thus, reference is made to governance / governance aspects, as well as to the multidimensional dimension in its multilevel and multiscale scales. In addition, to analyze public policies issued, the urban legal system in relation and the public institutional organization created for its execution.
