Abstract

El presente es un artículo que desarrolla la evolución histórica del Derecho Comercial. Se empieza con los antecedentes jurídicos de antes de la Independencia de 1821, luego el desarrollo normativo comercial posterior a la Independencia, llegando a los antecedentes del Código de Comercio de 1964, la normativa de este cuerpo normativo y su evolución a la actualidad. Las reformas más importantes que ha reformado y derogado artículos del Código de Comercio vigente, y la proyección de lo que se necesita en su futuro desarrollo.
