Author Guidelines

General Manuscript Format

  • The manuscript must be submitted in PDF for initial evaluation.
  • The text should be single-spaced, use a 12-point font, and italics are recommended instead of underlining, except for URLs.
  • Figures, tables, and illustrations should be inserted in appropriate places within the text. Although their final placement may be adjusted during editing, they should be positioned logically and close to their mention in the body of the manuscript.
  • The manuscript may be written in Spanish or English.
  • In all cases, the title and abstract must be written in both languages (Spanish and English), with particular attention paid to the quality of writing in each version.
  • The manuscript must include the name of all authors, as well as their affiliation and email address. The affiliation should follow this format: Institution, Department, City, Country.

LaTeX Template (Optional for Initial Submission)

Although not mandatory for the initial submission, we recommend using our LaTeX template from the beginning of the writing process. This template includes the journal’s class file and an example document that can serve as a guide.

In case of acceptance, the final article must be submitted in LaTeX format following this structure.

References and Citations

  • Following a specific citation style is not required for the initial submission. However, references should be complete and consistent to facilitate evaluation.
  • The use of DOIs in bibliographic references is recommended when available, rather than URLs, as DOIs provide greater long-term stability.
  • At the final stage, references must be submitted in BibTeX format (references.bib).

  • References are complete and, where applicable, include DOIs.

  • The manuscript is written in Spanish or English. In either case, the text has been carefully proofread for clarity and proper language usage.

  • Keywords and the 2020 Mathematics Subject Classification (MSC) codes have been entered into the metadata during the submission process.

Regarding Technical and Editorial Aspects

  • The manuscript complies with the stylistic aspects described in the Author Guidelines.

  • If accepted, the final version will be prepared using LaTeX, with a bibliography in BibTeX format, using the journal’s official template.
