Abstract

The effeet of feeding on Eucalyptus leaves of Tynacantha marginata (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) was studied in Brazil. The use of this plant as a complementary food source for the predatory bug increased its oviposition period, generation time, and net reproductive rate. Eucalyptus leaves apparentIy had no influence on the survival and development of T. marginata.
