Abstract
This work describes the jaws and dental pieces of a mastodont found in the bedo of the Nacaome River. It is a juvenile specimen of Curvieronius Hyodon (Fischer, 1814), stored at the fossils collection of the "Escuela Centroamericana de Geología de la Universidad de Costa Rica." This species is known as "mountain range mastodont" widely distributed in South America.Comments
