This article explores the regulatory changes in El Salvador in the Special Law Against Cybercrimes and in the Criminal Procedure Code. New crimes are established, and the figure of the digital undercover agent is incorporated into Salvadoran evidence rules, along with the procedures for the submission and presentation of electronic evidence at trial.
