Contenet update on Scopus

 

Población y Salud en Mesoamérica has successfully restored the updating of its content in Scopus.

All articles published in 2025, as well as those published to date in 2026, are now available in the database.

The interruption in content updates was the result of the University of Costa Rica Journals Portal's migration to a new technological platform designed to enhance institutional cybersecurity. At no point was the journal removed or suspended from Scopus.

Following the successful completion of the required verification process, the journal's indexing has been fully restored, and new articles will continue to be indexed in Scopus on a regular basis.

This milestone reaffirms our commitment to editorial excellence, international visibility, and open access to high-quality scientific research in the fields of population and public health.
