Abstract
Actually there are other options for the treatment of gingival recessions in addition to the subepithelial connective tissue , one of which is the use of acellular dermal matrix . The present article reports the treatment of gingival recessions using the acellular dermal matrix ( Alloderm® ) and Flap Tunnel Technique.
