Abstract

Abortion is a controversial theme by itself, which does not admit a midpoint, its detractors or defenders must express a clear and defined position: to be pro-life or to be pro-choice. It cannot be both of them. In this article, I will develop the reasons why I consider, in the light of the rule of law, abortion is currently legal in our country since the 8 weeks.
