Abstract

The article explains the different conceptions of criminal guilt, as well as a reference to the freedom of choice as a material assumption for this category of the theory of crime. Likewise, it gives a reference to the contributions of neurosciences regarding free will and its possible incidence in the field of Criminal Law.
