In this paper relationship aspect will be exposed between the Law and the phenomenom of the globalization from a critical perpective.

As historical process, the contemporary globalization shoud be located in the mark of the capitalist system and analyzed as the stage or current phase of the same one where the gigantic and dynamic financial flows, play an essential rol where the virtual economy goes much further on that the real economy.
