El derecho a una vivienda adecuada en Costa Rica

Abstract

This essay refers to the transformation of the right to housing into the right to adequate housing, and its scope according to international, conventional, community and constitutional instruments, which recognize it as a human, community and fundamental right. In addition, it reviews the national public policy, and the possibility of attaining its effectiveness through current regulations and the main competent institutions.
