Abstract
The following epizoic ciliates were obtained from Macrobrachium rosenbergii: Epistylis, Opercularia, Vorticella, Zoothamnium, Ephelota, Acineta, Acinetides and Tokophrya. Acinetides is reported for the first time as an epizoic organism in marine and freshwater crustaceans.
