Abstract
A new Physalapteran, Skrjabinopfera (Didelphysoma) scelopori, a parasite of the iguanid lizard Scetoporus torquatus torquatus Wieg., 1828 is described. The new species differs from the other known species in the position of the cervical papillae and of the excretory pare; by the number and general arrangement of the caudal papillae and of the cuticular plates on the ventral surface of the caudal pouch; in the shape of the latter; and in the length of the spicules.Comments
