<i>Cuterebra baeri</i> Shannon y Greene, 1926 en el mono aullador de Costa Rica

Abstract

Grown larvae of Cuterebra baeri Shannon & Greene, 1926, are reported Costa Rica They were found in the neck of an adult female Alouatta palliata palliata (Gray) Goodwin, shot in Tilarán, Province of Guanacaste, in the north­em part of the country, which extends the known range of this interesting bot fly. Ilustrations are given of the cephalo-pharyngeal skeleton and of details. of the cuticular structures of the larva.
