Abstract

Tourins in creasingly plays a very important roll on tha globals economy of the diferent sectors that developed it and is now widely recognized as one of the major industries of the world, thats why tourism potential i son the promotion of one positive economic impact for the diferent sectors that are aimed, that`s why this article pretends to propose how thae promotion of local agricultural products can be assisted with the implementation of a model of “slow nutrition” that can be developed by tourisn sector on behalf of the unfortunate sector of Latinoamerica.

    Dr. Kevin S. Murphy Ph.D., CEC es profesor asociado de Gestión de Restaurante, Chef Ejecutivo Certificado y un Gerente Certificado de Seguridad de los Alimentos. Tiene un doctorado en Dirección de Hoteles Turísticos,  del Virginia Tech. College of Business Pamplin. El Dr. Murphy trabaja en restauración y  hotelería desde hace más de 20 años y ha sido dueño o administrador una variedad de establecimientos de hoteleria.

  • Robertico Croes, Universidad Central de Florida

    Es profesor en el Rosen College de Administración Hotelera de la Universidad Central de Florida. Él es también el director del Departamento de Turismo, Eventos y Actividades y el Director Asociado del Instituto Dick Pope de Estudios Turísticos. Ha publicado dos libros y es autor de numerosos artículos de revistas, capítulos de libros y presentaciones en conferencias sobre el impacto del turismo y el desarrollo en las islas pequeñas y los países en desarrollo
