Resumen
Se estudió el efecto de varios antecedentes del comportamiento innovador (COI): rasgos de personalidad, flexibilidad cognitiva (FLE) y liderazgo inclusivo (LIN). En línea con los antecedentes en la literatura, los rasgos de personalidad y la FLE se definieron como factores latentes, mientras que el LIN y el COI se modelaron como compuestos. La información se recolectó mediante un cuestionario aplicado a 306 personas que laboraban en diversas ocupaciones y organizaciones costarricenses. Se realizó un análisis PLS-SEM con procedimientos predictivos fuera de la muestra y un análisis de condiciones necesarias (ACN). Los resultados indicaron que la apertura a la experiencia, la FLE y el LIN se asociaron positivamente con el COI; un alto poder predictivo del modelo; y que niveles moderados de estabilidad emocional, extroversión y responsabilidad son necesarios para la innovación.
