Abstract
Urethral stricture is one of the main causes of obstructive symptoms in men and has a significant impact on the life of those suffering it because of multiple complications. It is divided into anterior and posterior according to the bulbar urethra; anterior includes it. We present the case of a male of 36 years of age with history of obstructive symptoms, macroscopic hematuria and urethral bleeding of 4 years of evolution of unknown etiology. Bulbar urethral stricture was diagnosed by flexible urethrocystoscopy and management was started with dilatations and subsequently urethrotomy.
