Kiribati: Una oportunidad para reflexionar sobre la justicia

Abstract

The paper addresses the problem of global or international justice against the background of Rawls’s Law of Peoples. The idea is to challenge Rawls’ principles of international justice facing current issues of climate change at the global level, specifically in relation to the possible harm done against the territory of the Republic of Kiribati.
