Abstract

The article reports and reflects about recent Guatemalan philosophical bibliography (1996-2011). A survey of authors, topics, and standpoints is provided. Also considered and evaluated are its international and interdisciplinary connections. Finally, some questions are raised as to the reach and limitations of the production discussed and the institutions that sustain it.
