Abstract

The constructive tendency of peace towards the non-violent interrelational conformation of the individual is, certainly, a tax-institutionalized need, but this, self-styled, peace contains a deflation of subjective content, that is, it suppresses individual consideration and builds a harmonic stage of the social, cracking the constitutive power of the individual, replacing it with coercive-standardized schemes that lead to the violent conformation of a nondemocratic state of the socially given. Doesn’t the negative-tax naturalness of peace represent a disintegration of its own content? Is not peace a denial of its own duty-to-be, sustained by the highly positive positivity that human longing based on tradition, resolutely requests, a nonstructure of what it seeks to exalt?
