With the installation of the pandemic, voices linked to theoretical projects and politicians who announce the collapse of global capitalism or, on the contrary, the consolidation of a more ruthless society and cruel that is on the way to a techno-totalitarian control. In this article, we defend the idea that in the interaction with the pandemic, neoliberalism and neo-Pentecotalism have radicalized their positions, preparing for the installation of a “Soviet neoliberalism” that definitively denies democracy and sovereignty.
