Abstract

We read with great interest the article by Monge -Bonilla et al "Outbreak of Clostridium difficile -associated diarrhea due to hypervirulent strain NAP1 / B1 / 027 in a Developing Country " published in Volume 5 , Number 2 , 2011. Publication of this information to analyze the outbreak , knowing the measures taken to control and deepen the knowledge associated with hospital-acquired C. difficile infections in the country.
