Abstract
The action of a decoction of desiccated flowers of Matricaria chamomilla L. on the isolated intestinal smooth muscle of rats and rabbits is mediated mainly through ganglionic receptors. It also has a papaverine-like action and a smaller anticholinergic effect.References
