Abstract
A brief summary is made of the advantages of ex sanguino transfusion as treatment for newborn's hemolytic disease. The technique used in ex sanguino transfusion is described. Twenty-five cases of newborn's hemolytic disease are described, twelve of them due to Rho and hr', incompatibility, twelve to ABO incompatibility, and one of unknown etiology. Mortality in the· 25 cases trated with ex sanguino transfusion has been of 8 per cent.Comments
