Resumen

Se presenta una lista sistemática de los equinodermos del Caribe Mexicano basada los especimenes de la Colección Nacional de Equinodermos del Instituto de Ciencias del Mar y Limnología, de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México y del National Museum of Natural History, de la Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D. C. Esta lista revela la importante biodiversidad de equinodermos del Caribe Mexicano, donde cinco de las seis clases de equinodermos están presentes. Un total de 178 especies de equinodermos se registran, distribuidas en 113 géneros, 51 familias y 22 órdenes. Se reportan 30 nuevos registros: Crinoidea (tres), Asteroidea (dos), Ophiuroidea (once), Echinoidea (uno), Holothuroidea (trece).
