Pre-submission checklist
Editorial Compliance Verification Prior to Submission
The Anuario del Centro de Investigación y Estudios Políticos verifies that each manuscript strictly adheres to the editorial guidelines published on this site. Before submitting any text, authors are responsible for ensuring that it fully complies with these standards.
Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements will be rejected due to editorial noncompliance. A second submission may be permitted via the editorial management system (Open Journal Systems); however, if the manuscript fails to meet the criteria again, it will be definitively rejected.
Mandatory Checklist
- Author names and identifying references have been removed from both the cover page and main body of the manuscript to ensure confidentiality during the review process.
- A separate Word document titled Cover Letter has been prepared, including each author's biographical summary and the required originality, interest, and funding declarations. (See Author Guidelines.)
- The manuscript is an original work by the individuals listed as authors.
- The manuscript has not been previously published or submitted to another journal. Refer to the exceptions detailed in the Editorial Policy.
- The manuscript does not exceed 10,000 words, including bibliography, footnotes, tables, abstract, and figures.
- The body of the manuscript complies with the journal’s editorial standards. (See Author Guidelines.)
- Footnotes and bibliographic references follow the formatting style, citation system, and specifications described in the Author Guidelines.
