Abstract

The beginnings are expectant, exciting and full of excitement at the sight of the completed work, I tell part , as to the medical journal of the University of Costa Rica is just the beginning and with the support of all hope continue to grow and achieve a prominent place and provide a service that is useful to the national medical community . For this reason I invite you to send suggestions , articles or opinion letters . If you have interest in it is published or research on a particular topic we are also open to requests.
