Abstract
An aortic aneurysm is the pathological dilation of a segment of an aortic blood vessel. We report a case of an aortic aneurysm that presents with low back pain as the initial symptom Using advanced imaging techniques, a Crawford I aneurysm was documented, and the patient was treated surgically.
