Abstract
Using a university formation class, classroom research, as strategy to promote motivation in the groups towards the learning of topics such as principles, moral and ethics, became an innovative and positive experience. Through this experience an adequate way to transmit proper theoretical knowledge to support meditation of the teams’ moral and ethical development was found, as well as a way to achieve the course goals. The moral education that every citizen but mostly guidance teachers and educational experts should sue, require san analysis by the teacher and the rest the members of the system of moral development, ethical behavior and scale of principles. Before a permanent social transformation takes place, it becomes necessary to know to begin the transmission of a moral education ta teenage and children populations. From this experience a full.quality educational model, consistent with both the team’s members personal model and the institutional philosophy arises. It is about combining the institutional academic curriculumm with the permanent analysis of real life situation. Hi exercise, if performed by all system members, will allow student formation from a humanistic point of with the moral and ethical emphasis so much needed in the present time.Comments
