Abstract

This qualitative research has been developed to determine requirements and strategies to  comprehend the sexual right and reproductive rights of pregnant women that are study subject of this research, carried out on the months of September and October 2003. In this study had the participation of a Health Team and  five (5) women within 17 and 30 years old. The information was obtained doing deep surveys and a discussion group.  The discoveries addresses the needs of those women, to  comprehend in an integral way theirs sexual health and reproductive health because they exteriorize the lack of information about sexual and reproductive rights. 3Likewise, was possible to appreciate the ignorance about the rights mentioned above and the politics that support them in case of the Health Team This article describes how the health system it just limits to accomplish norms that doesn’t allows flexibility and the expression of requirement claims that this women receives the health service. Lastly, is recommended to promote diffusion campaigns about sexual rights and reproductive rights for women and men, noticing the stages of the life cycle and to create a new vision in the health attention regarding the creation of gender equalities.
