Abstract
This article reviews which are the most important ideologial and progammatic hipotheses political parties use in their electoral proposals, and which serious weak-
nesses do distinguish them in the face of a constitutional and sociopolitical superior framework which cannot just be ignored without causing the great instability in national development trends as already caused.
