Abstract
This document corresponds to the report of the survey on the requirements for training of human resources in the industrial and service sectors located in the Great Puntarenas. This document is part of the research project denominated Analysis and Action Plan for the Endogenous development of the Great Puntarenas, conducted by the Institute for Economic Research of the University of Costa Rica (IICE). The results of this survey are of great relevance to determine the quantitative and qualitative needs to prepare labor force and to inform the public and private decision making process regarding the policies and programs required to improve human resources in the region.
