Abstract
The school principals, publicblicos and private, have to deal with multipleresponsibilities in the exercise of its delicate functions leading a child education centerof age. This paper addresses the liabilityor their legal heritage may correspondaddress damages caused by students duringhis stay in schools, for whichwe review the existing legislation, makingcollection of comparative legislation and recent case law to the legal analysis of biensituartheme, distinguishing the different consequences, eitherconcerned the public or private sphere in which to unfold.Comments
