“En la floresta”, an early poem, is one of Roberto Brenes Mesénís less known poetical works. This sonnet of sonnets has been published only twice; the corrections presented here were made by the author after the first edition of the poem, in Cuartillas magazine in 1894 and have remained unpublished until now
