Abstract

This sociolingüistic study analyzes the students´ lexicon at the University of Costa Rica, Liberia branch The study will focus an such semantic aspects as euphemism, dysphemism, humor, synonym, metaphor and antiphrasis. The purpose will be to identify the terms that identify a linguistically defined community.
