Abstract

The article refers to the importance of the goliards as representatives of medieval latin literature. in addition, it presents a panoramic view of the situation of the roman curia in the 12th century and analyzes a satirical poem from the carmina burana as an example of parodic criticism against the corruption of the roman catholic church at the time.
