Abstract

This article presents the series of poems varonaria, as a sample of thirteen texts to propose a poetic deconstruction and resignification of modern sex models and homosexuality, from the myths of orpheus, theseus, odysseus, jason, heracles, achilles, satyr, hermaphroditus, dionysus, chiron, priapus, and oceanidas, as well as the historical reference of the emperor hadrian.
